Azumanga Awesomeness

There is a great flash animation made by a fan that parodies the Azumanga Diaoh’s OP using Yotsuba characters. I’m a very big fan of both series (you can read my Yotsuba review here), so I must say I’m pretty impressed with this one. Check it out!

And while you’re at it, check out this oldie but goodie. It’s 2ch AA of the Azumanga girls set to the OP of the hentai video game Princess Bride. Of course, I like to call it ASCII-manga Daioh! Though now that I look at it, there is a brief image of Jumbo from Yotsubato.

Oh hell, why not one more bit of Osaka goodness? (^_^)

  1. There have been a number of amusing Azumanga OP parodies, and one thing they all seem to have in common is that they have a number of random changes every time you watch them. Did you see how many parts change upon reviewing?

  2. What do you mean? Like differant background colors or differant animations?

  3. The portions after the flying Yotsuba bits change regularly each time you view it. The scenes are often completely different, meaning that you have to watch it about a million times to see all the different possibilities…
